I left school at 16 and was going to become David Beckham, even before there was a David Beckham!

With my professional football career dashed I started work at 16, with no qualifications and no real prospects, two amazing gentleman took me under their wing, employed me and trained me to be a quantity surveyor. They saw something in me that I didn’t. These “Character Angels” set me on a path to a successful career, but more importantly taught me the power of being a mentor and guide. My Character Angels definitely taught me how to Uncover my Extraordinary.

My entrepreneurial spirit, innovative, fun and down to earth approach allows me the unique ability of tapping into people’s internal compass, shedding light on what they truly value, helping individuals and teams uncover their extraordinary.

 I have been fortunate to work in most global markets, including the UK, USA, Asia and Australia, and understand the nuances of each. I have key skills in executive coaching, leadership, team development, change management and cultural transformation.

 I’ve had the privilege to work for, and with, a spectrum of business’, from start ups to large corporations. My 35 plus years experience includes leading complex teams with tough business challenges, living in the “Middle Management” world, plus M&A and Board experience.

A serial entrepreneur but also a corporate leader, my vast and varied experience helps struggling businesses, leaders and teams, to transform from stagnant to stellar.
